Terms of Sale (EU)

All purchases of coffee products are final sale. Because coffee is a perishable food product, it falls under the exception to the EU right of withdrawal for goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Where required by law, statutory consumer rights apply. Coffee products remain final sale to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at organum.coffee@gmail.com. We will review the case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Right of Withdrawal (EU)

Under EU law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. However, this right does not apply to:

  • Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly, such as foodstuffs.

  • Customized or personalized goods.

Our coffee products are perishable food items and therefore fall under this exception. As a result, all coffee products are sold as final sale.

Where required by law, statutory consumer rights still apply.
